This is a recent sports segment I produced for First Look on Monday, Feb. 10 (2014). The biggest story of the day was Mizzou’s defensive end Michael Sam, an NFL prospect, announcing that he is gay.

The second biggest story was Oklahoma State basketball player Marcus Smart shoving aTexas Tech fan during their game on Saturday, Feb. 8. As the segment producer of this sports block, I wanted to make sure I showed both the apology from the fan and from Smart to keep the story accurate and even.
